Please read these conditions of sale before ordering any products on this website. Making a purchase signifies that you agree to these conditions of sale.
Orders will only be accepted for delivery within New Zealand.
Products are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order, the product is not in stock, you will be informed as soon as possible, and any monies paid to us will be refunded to you.
Orders will be processed once we have received payment and sent a confirmation email to you.
Keratex products must be used strictly as directed on the label. We do not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury caused by your mis-use of the product.
The description and price of the products shown on the website may be subject to change and we reserve the right to alter both price and description as necessary. If you have placed an order, and the price has changed, you will be informed by email and given the option of either reconfirming your order or cancelling your order. We endeavour to ensure that the information on the website is accurate.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for a valid reason, within 7 days of receiving the product. You must email us with your intent of return and your reason. The returned product must be in new condition, including label, un-opened and un-used. Returns may be exchanged for a different product or a credit in the purchaser's name, which must be used within 6 months. No refunds are given for returned products. Postage is not refundable and return postage is at the purchaser's cost.
Delivery
Orders will mainly be delivered by track-able courier. Please allow up to 7 days, once the order is confirmed, for processing and delivery.
Data Protection
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
